Our wholesale minimums range depending on the collection. Wholesale/Retail begin at a minimum of 6 per sku, while Private Label products begin at a minimum of 10 per sku.

Unless otherwise stated, lead times are as follows:
- Wholesale/Retail: Products are always in-stock, ready to ship.
- White Label: Product packs of 10 are always in-stock, ready to ship. Product packs of 50 and gallons are made to order, fresh for you. Orders containing this quantity incur a two-week production lead time.
- Fuji Spray: Equipment typically ships in 1-3 business days from date of purchase. We do not hold stock on these items and are shipped direct from Fuji Spray's warehouse in Buffalo, NY.
- Apparel/Mats: Are made to order and typically ship in 2-7 business days from date of purchase.

Yes. Please inquire via email with the desired products you would like to sample along with your shipping address. We will prepare an invoice for you.

1. Select and purchase your desired products.
2. Upon purchase, a label requirements sheet is sent immediately to your email. If you would prefer to utilize a pre-made template, click here.
3. Print your labels with any print provider of your choice. We recommend uPrinting, Avery Labels, and Lightning Labels. White BOPP is the ideal label material due to it being water and oil resistant.
4. Once you receive your products and labels, apply your stickers. Here is a helpful tool to ensure your labels apply straight.

If you are purchasing our pre-packaged stock products, no – you do not need to acquire additional insurance.
If you are altering the product in any way and/or purchasing in gallon sizing to be repackaged, yes – you will need to obtain additional Product Liability Insurance.

White label products are offered in our available stock packaging as stated and shown on the product listing.
Please understand that stock packaging styles and/or colors are temporarily subject to change if there are supply chain or inventory changes beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to ensure the product is delivered in a similar style or design. However, the appearance of the packaging may vary slightly from the images displayed in the listing. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that the product quality will not be affected.

While we try to accommodate these requests, time is of the essence. Please email as soon as possible with the updated address and we will inform you if we are able to make the change or not.

If you are in need of an item quickly, please contact us via email to confirm we can ship your desired products same-day.

We utilize a variety of fulfillment centers and it is very possible that items in your order will ship from different locations. Rest assured, you will receive tracking for each item upon shipment.

While we try to ship orders same day, it's not always possible. It's important to understand that fulfillment times vary from shipping times. Some items may take a few days to process prior to being ready to ship.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. However, we do have an international customer base who utilize freight forwarding companies.

It's not uncommon that we sometimes see a package marked as "delivered" even though it hasn't been. This is especially common during high volume/holiday shipping. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours to account for potential internal delays with couriers.
Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, mailboxes, and around your home/business where the package may have been left. If you still aren't able to locate your package 48 hours after the package is marked delivered, please reach out to us via email. We can help file claims with carriers, but are not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

We are sorry to hear your item(s) have not arrived in optimal condition. We will always remedy any items damaged during transit. We require an email with photo proof of damages within 24 hours of possession based on tracking.
